226808 - The mail listing pane size flick when previewing an email with very long "To:" field

I have received a email from mail.netscape.net which "To:" field is very, very
long in characters (it should be an error of mail.netscape.net mail sender).
When previewing this email, the mail listing pane increase and decrease its
width in uncontrollable way. No problem for other email except this one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on that email in mail listing pane
2. move the cursor in and out to any hyperlink (email or url) in the preview pane
3. 

Actual Results:  
The mail listing pane will increase and decrease it width when you move the
cursor over these hyperlinks.

Expected Results:  
The mail listing pane should remain unchanged in width no matter how I move the
cursor over the links in the mail preview pane.

This appears to be the same as bug 188138; Angus Chiu, if you agree, please mark 
this bug as a duplicate of that one.

No response from reporter, duping.  I believe the dupe has actually been fixed; 
but see bug 247833.
