Since at least Mozilla 1.5 the label markings in locally stored mails (like
LocalFolders or POP3 accounts) are not stored into the "X-Mozilla-Status2"
header in the mail database anymore. I can't remember when it changed, but I'm
pretty sure that it worked in Mozilla 1.3, I'm not completely sure about Mozilla
1.4.

This is a really annoying problem. It doesn't happen rarely that msf files are
rebuilt, and losing all the labels is disastrous. For the same reason clearing
labels is not persistent anymore.

This bug maybe related to issue #209164, but I'm not sure.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mark any mail in a local folder
2. Close Mozilla
3. Remove msf file
4. Restart Mozilla

Actual Results:  
Label marking is gone

Expected Results:  
Write the the label marking to the mail database and retrieve it from there

IMHO this is a bug that needs to be fixed in 1.6. I don't know if it's
considered to be good style if reporters set the "blocking" flag, so I just
request this.
