After reading (and responding) to a mail I move it a specific folder depending
on the sender of that mail. It would be great if mozilla would save the last
folder(s) on a per sender basis and shows them in the context menu of the
selected email.

Another way to implement this would be some kind of "save-hooks" like in mutt. I
would then choose a default-save-folder in the address-book for each entry.

To be clear, I don't talk about message-filters that run, when messages arrive.

This feature is somewhat implemented in TB now (for 2.0); see bug 350543.
