Tools -> Options -> Saved Passwords -> View Saved Passwords does not work with
the installer version.  components/passwordmgr.xpt is missing from the package.
 Adding this file from the zip build has been verified as fixing the problem.

Ben fixed this with his checkin for bug 225724 on 12/03/2003 20:30. He added
passwordmgr.xpt to packages-static.
