I do not have the "Bookmarks Toolbar" activated, therefore this behavior is undesirable. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Bookmarks menu. 2. Right-click on Bookmarks Toolbar Folder. 3. Delete it. Actual Results: After an unknown period of time, the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder will magically reappear in the Bookmarks menu. Expected Results: The folder should stay deleted.
