General preferences icon is always highlighted after opening the Prefernces
window even if the focus is on another highlighted Preferences icon, i.e. then
Advanced preferences are showed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the preferences Window
2. Change focus to Advanced preferences
3. Close the preferences Window and open It again
4. See that the focus is on Advanced preferences highlighted, but General
preferences icon is highlighted as well.

Actual Results:  
Incorrect General preferences icon highlighting

Expected Results:  
It shouldn't be highlighted If doesn't have focus
