22812 - [EVENTTARG]some links don't work

Along the left side of the page, there is a table with links in it. Something
seems wrong with the way mozilla is handling the links in this table. The first
three work, but the remaining few don't seem clickable. The cursor doesn't
change and the link doesn't seem to register any clicks. This is M12.

This appears to be some sort of floater problem. The in-flow <P> and <Hn> on
the right of the page seem to "steal" the onmouseover events from the floated
table on the left. (See the attachment to follow).

Methinks, upon reflection, that as this is a layout/floater thing, I should
pass this to troy, likely enroute to kipp's pile-o-bugs :-/
