Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.5.1) Gecko/20031120
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031208
After switching from 1.5.1 to 1.6b, I repeatedly was unable to enter a new URL
in the URL-bar. To be more specific, entering the URL *did* work, but hitting
Return didn't do anything.
While experiencing this behaviour, the drop-down, usually showing the
URL-autocomplete didn't show up. But clicking on URLs still did work. The only
solution to this problem is to restart Mozilla.
The symptoms sometimes appeared after a couple of minutes, on other days Mozilla
would work for nearly a day without a glitch.
Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
I'm very sorry that I cannot provide the necessary steps to reproduce this, but
ut happened quite often to me (at least 10 times) until now I finally downgraded
to 1.5.1.
