irc tests. Patch coming up.

xul/tests hasn't been used since M11 or so :) It pretty useless for anything
other than trips down memory lane, and should just be cvs rm'd.

Well, just remove them then or patch them as the patch seems pretty good.

It's sort of like deleting chatzilla's baby pictures, but ok. I guess we can
always get them from CVS history.

I think this bug can be resolved now :-). Might also help resolving the bug
we're blocking at the moment.
