WMP9 embedded content works properly with IE, moz uses WMP2 plug-ins instead and
can't play content.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to test URL
2. click on speak icon next to any saound sample
3. pop-up JS window shows WMP2 controls, not WMP9

Actual Results:  
WMP2 controls appeared

Expected Results:  
Used WMP9 controls.

WFM - 6 hours old based trunk build - WinXP-SP1 + WMP9.

WMP9 controls are displayed.
