231419 - Help screen describing how to control including original message in replys is incorrect

If one searches the help screens for "reply" the screen returned states, in part
that in order to control whether the original message is included in replys one
should go to Edit/Preferences/Mail & Newsgroups/Composition.  In fact, the
option is located in the Mail program's Edit/Mail & Newsgroups Account
Settings/Composition and Addressing screen.  The Help screen info should be
corrected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Help/Search tab
2.Enter Reply and select either keyword returned
3.scroll down in returned Help screen to paragraph begining, "To include the
original message each time you reply..."

Actual Results:  
Steps 1 and 2 listed direct the user to open the Edit menu and choose
Preferences, then 2. Under the Mail & Newsgroups, click Composition.

Expected Results:  
The Help screen should direct the user, under #1 to Open the Edit menu in the
Mail Program and choose Mail & Newsgroups Account  Settings.  Under #2 it should
direct  the user to choose Composition and Addressing.  Items 3 and 4 are then
correct as written.
