231692 - GIF anamation slower than in IE

User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Build Identifier: GIF pics are not fully animated

View the above URL in IE, and you will notice it runs faster or appears faster 
than reported in mozilla 0.7

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open link in Internet Explorer
2.Open Link in Mozilla
3.Compare IE to Mozilla, should see difference

Actual Results:  
When I see the anamation speeds I notice the hedgehog in question runs or 
appears to run slower in Mozilla than IE

Expected Results:  
Not sure if there is anything that should have been done, this is more or less 
a bug. If there is a patch or fix for it can you point me to that link?? If you 
mean the GIF anamation speed it should match IE's speed, also if you wish I do 
have a copy of the GIF for your reference if you wish


NO themes used, Using windows 2000.

The GIF runs the same speed for me in IE5.5 as it does in:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7a) Gecko/20040120 Firebird/0.8.0+

I think this bug is a duplicate of Bug 207059 which is now fixed (unfortunately
the fix was made too late for FB 0.8, so you will either have to download a
trunk nightly or wait for FB 0.9).

Reporter, next time please test with a recent night build. The problem has
already been fixed.
