231741 - Create mac specific skin for Firebird help window

Mac Firebird has the Qute skin on the help window. Please create a directory for
the mac skin and include it in the build. You can clone the Qute bits for now
and I'll update it for the Mac. If I'm wrong and there is a directory for the
Mac skin, I'd appreciate a pointer :)

The problem with this bug is that the Help Viewer has some Zoom In and Zoom Out
button images, and there are currently no Mac images for Zoom In/Out, so
somebody will have to create them.

You mean shrink and enlarge text? Don't worry about it. You can use the Windows
images and CSS. I'll replace them later.

OK, sounds good! I filed MozDev Bug 5652 to cover this issue and I'll checkin
the fix once Firebird Help 1.1 is checked in to the trunk (which won't be until
late in the 0.9).

So all we have to do is add a mac folder with the appropriate skin files? I'm
not familiar with the Mac skinning stuff.

Do we need a copy of the Help skin files for Mac and another for Win/Unix or can
we override certain files?

Fix checked in on Firebird Help trunk.

Will be checked into Firefox when Firebird Help 1.1 lands. Until then, keeping
this bug open.
