Whenever I try to use the notify option for a bookmark, using the "change the
bookmark's icon", I don't get any change.
It might be a missing feature in the default theme.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.choose any bookmark and use "check the location for updates"
2.use "change the bookmark's icon"
3.wait for the site to update
Actual Results:
nothing
Expected Results:
change of the icon
