When I turn on bookmark notification and set "Display an alert", I get a popup
alert window when the site changes, as expected. But when I set only "Change
the bookmark's icon", nothing happens. The bookmark's icon never changes, even
when the page is updated.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn notification on for a bookmark. (E.g. set an hourly update schedule.)
2. Under "Notify", check "Change the bookmark's icon" and clear all other check
boxes.
Actual Results:
The bookmark's icon never changes.
Expected Results:
Change the bookmark when the site is updated.
I'm using the "Modern" theme.
