I keep thinking the Download Manager's background image -- an arrow going
downward into a folder -- looks like a raised middle finger. (No joke!) In my
testing, I've found this image appears in Windows and Linux, but not on OS X.

Might be good for PR if this image were redrawn.

It's obvious this isn't a huge deal, but I figured I'd bring it up for discussion.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click "Tools" | "Downloads" in the taskbar.
Actual Results:  
I see an image that appears to be flicking me off.

Expected Results:  
Perhaps the arrow shouldn't be directly in the middle of the folder. Offset it
to the left, maybe?
