Details
Netscape, and now Mozilla and Firefox, has a history of importing IE favorites.
However, Firefox does not import Netscape Bookmarks to my knowledge. Should we
enable this or is it just not important enough to haggle with?

we'll be doing migration, not just of bookmarks, but of cookies and cookie
permissions from IE/Netscape/Seamonkey/Opera
