Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040116
There needs to be a way to tell Mozilla to print an HTML page without adding
URLs and page numbers and stuff to the printout. I want it to print exactly
what's in the document and nothing extra.
For example, I'm printing packing manifests, and I don't want to be showing
customers URLs to our internal, private pages.
This is a problem on both Linux and MacOS X. Mozilla 1.6.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
How is File (menu) -> Page Setup (menu) -> Margins & Header/Footer (tab) not
sufficient? Does it not work?

Doh! That does, in fact, work in Linux.
(I didn't see it because I expected all the printing options to be on the
File/Print dialog. It didn't occur to me that they would be hiding somewhere else.)
However, File/Page Setup does not exist on OSX. I still can't find any way to
turn off headers there.
