in the url given, when inputting previous entered data in the textbox under
"Log-in ID or AT&T Wireless Number," the history thing that remembers my input
is shown far away from the textbox.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the url
2. type something (say "1234567890") in the textbox under "Log-in ID or AT&T
Wireless Number"
3. hit login so the input is remembered.
4. go back to that page
5. the string "1234567890" is auto filled. clear that textbox.
5. type "1" in that textbox
Actual Results:  
the history "1234567890" is shown at upper left under "My Account"

Expected Results:  
it should show up under the textbox

default theme with tabbrowser extension disabled

Hi Kaki,

I'm almost certain this is a duplicate of bug 214121, which seems to have gone
away in recent builds. Please download a recent nightly build (from
http://www.mozilla.org/developer/) and let us know if the problem's gone. :)
