The Name field accepts continuous input of too many characters resulting in
unreasonable behavior like browser crashes.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open a website.
2) Go to Add Bookmark feature.
3) Try to Input too many characters into the Name field. Input can be continuous
typing (pasting) in of some thousands of characters.  

Actual Results:

Input characters superimpose one over the other.
Prolonged input resulted in browser and system crashes.

Should not allow too much input. Can also provide an alert when we try to enter
too many characters.


During follow up tests I found that the bug is reproducible in many of the input
text fields of Firefox.
another one of these.  I guess we could/should limit these somehow, maybe just a
static value declared somewhere and do maxlength="constant" for the textboxes in
the UI...
