Visiting the above url, firebird 0.8 consistantly crashes.
Warning: it's a crude page.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit amishrakefight.org/gfy
Actual Results:
The browser crashes, a few seconds after it loads that page, after it appears
rendered.
Expected Results:
The browser should not crash.
The browser exits entirely; I don't know which module it crashed in.

I'd guess the crash is occurring in whatever plugin you have installed to handle
.MOV files
I use mplayer with mplayerplug-in. Mplayer is able to play the mov file,
without crashing.
Should plugins be able to crash the browser? Is this a bug with the plugin? It
doesn't appear to be one with mplayer.

> Should plugins be able to crash the browser?
In the current plugin architecture, unfortunately yes. There are bugs on moving
to a different plugin architecture.
Yes, a malfunctioning plugin can take down the whole browser.
That's bug 156493

Can you attach a stack trace ?
Start 'mozilla -g'
in "GDB>", type 'run'
when Mozilla crashes and you get back to "GDB", type 'backtrace'
can be dupe of bug 234423.

Got e-mail from mplayerplug-in author telling me it's fixed in CVS, will mark
WFM when next release is out (unless someone compiles CVS and report back).
See also bug 234423 comment 11.

Marking WFM to follow the CrashWeek effort:
http://www.mozillazine.org/articles/article4539.html
Reopen if crashing with mplayerplug-in from CVS or post 2.50
