Workaround:
Copy&Paste/Load the new URL, instead of clicking/linking on it.

'Bug 225468' title is
'Non-root users should be able to install and use spellchecker dictionaries'

It doesn't seem to be a duplicate at all !
Can you check this again ? (wrong number !?)

I didn't mean to dup it at all - thanks for the heads up.
I was messing around with bug 238092 - one bug-number lower. Must have hit "next
in list" instead of the bug-number, after reopening to re-dup it.
