225468 - Non-root users should be able to install and use spellchecker dictionaries

On Unix platforms, spellchecker dictionaries can currently only be loaded from
Mozilla's components/myspell directory. If Mozilla was installed as root, it is
not possible for a non-root user to install additional dictionaries.

I suggest we either allow users to install dictionaries within their profile
(similar to plugins - maybe in $HOME/.mozilla/myspell), or make the search path
for dictionaries a preference.

it is bad to put the dictionary where we do today.

Any hint on where the dictionaries can be stored in the profile?

I've checked the patch to bug 216382 but couldn't find any hint where in the profile folder dictionaries are searched. I also tried [profile]/dictionaries/, but it didn't work. [win32]
