Details
You can use it to drag them open, so you should be able drag them closed. This
is how 4.x works, as well as Outlook Express, Adobe Acrobat, and others. Panes
that behave like a window (have to click an X, can't drag open or closed), such
as Windows Explorer or Internet Explorer, are a different beast altogether.
