On http://www.xs4all.nl/~ppk/css2tests/display.html the autoscroll icon displays to the lower-right of the cursor when autoscroll is invoked.

This should be really simple to fix. I'll post a patch sometime this weekend.
Argh. I know better than to leave out the doctype in an HTML file.

The bug created in reference to comment #5 is Bug 242466.
On http://ln.hixie.ch/ I see a giant autoscroll image with the cat image (normally locked to the bottom right corner, in the position of the autoscroll cursor. Can anyone confirm? And should this be in Bug 215825?
