The attachments panel does not come up. The other Options panels work fine. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. My nightly builds suggest that this problem appeared between 20040308 and 20040310. Sadly, I don't have a nightly from 20040309 to narrow it down further.
