I have a site on my personal toolbar that adds an astrix beside it when it's
updated. If I click the bookmark and wait, the site will load and the astrix
will dissapear.
If I click the bookmark and switch to a different tab before it's done loading,
it will not dissapear.
Expected Results: The astrix should dissapear as soon as the page finishes
loading no matter if the tab has focus or not.
