240176 - When only a compose window is open, starting Thunderbird should open the main interface

If only a compose window is open, it is only possible to go 'back' to the main
interface (with the panes, folder bar etc) by using 'Tools - Mail en Newsgroups'
or Ctrl -1. 
Thunderbird should also open the main interface when starting Thunderbird 'again'

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start Thunderbird
2. Click 'Write'
3. close main interface (with panes etc) so only 'compose' window remains open
4. start Thunderbird again


Actual Results:  
compose windows gets focus

Expected Results:  
main interface should appear

I've also noticed this bug in build 20040707. I've also think it's worth
upgrading this bug to a severity of major. This is because I don't believe that
Tools -> Mail and News, is particularly intuitive/simple as a workaround for a
new user. Clicking to launch Thunderbird a second time is the intuitive action
for most users.
