In skin/classic/calendar/ca-event-dialog the calendar_* and clock_* images are
all gifs.
In skin/modern/calendar/ca-event-dialog some of the calendar_* and clock_*
images are gifs and some are pngs

They need to be the same type so that a skin-relative url such as
chrome://calendar/skin/ca-event-dialog/calendar_hover.gif
works in all skins.
