User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8

the html page illustrates a bug in the frame rendering system. under IE, the
top frame dividing bar can be resized up and down, and the dividing bar can also
be resized left and right.

using firefox 0.8 under WIN98SE the top bar can be resized, but the middle bar
cannot be moved. there is no cursor change (double arrow) to indicate the frame
can be resized. however, another person using firefox 0.8, but under XP has
mentioned he can resize both the top and the middle bars.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. use firefox 0.8 under Windows 98SE
2. goto http://forums.craigslist.org/?ID=14188330
3. put cursor on the left/right frame dividing bar.
4. try to resize the frame.

Actual Results:
no resizing of frame possible.

Expected Results:
resize the frame.

bug under windows 98 version of firefox 0.8, not buggy under XP.
have you tested this with a clean profile/install on the 98 box? (i.e. install
0.8 into a new directory, and use Profile Manager to create a new profile)

I tried clean install, but it still doesn't work. I'm using the standalone
firefox 0.8.
