Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. use firefox 0.8 under Windows 98SE 2. goto http://forums.craigslist.org/?ID=14188330 3. put cursor on the left/right frame dividing bar. 4. try to resize the frame. Actual Results: no resizing of frame possible. Expected Results: resize the frame. bug under windows 98 version of firefox 0.8, not buggy under XP.

have you tested this with a clean profile/install on the 98 box? (i.e. install 0.8 into a new directory, and use Profile Manager to create a new profile)

I tried clean install, but it still doesn't work. I'm using the standalone firefox 0.8.
