24069 - 3-pane, Redo speed keys not working

Build 2000011212M13: Linux 6.0
Build 2000011208M13: Mac 8.5.1

Overview: "Redo" does nothing and reports an error in the Linux Console:
"In OnFolderLoaded for imap://nbaca@nsmail-2/Templates
In OnFolderLoaded for imap://nbaca@nsmail-2/Trash
Didn't find x-Mozilla-Status where expected at position 2963 instead found."

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an IMAP account
2. In the 3-pane window, delete a message from the Thread pane
3. Use Alt+Z to Undo and the message reappears
4. Use Shift+Alt+Z

Actual Results: Shift+Alt+Z does nothing on Mac or Linux. Linux does display an
error in the Console as stated above.
Expected Results: The Redo process should delete the message.

Additional Information:
- Will need to try a POP account next.
- Will need to double check if the menu item works. These steps are specific to
using the speed keys.
- NT4 works using the Ctrl+Y speed keys.

Build 2000-02-04-08M14: Linux and Mac
Edit|Redo menu items do work, it's just the speed keys/accelerators that are not 
working.

Shouldn't this be working for Beta1?
