When using the context menu to save an image, the download pauses for each 64kB,
and a javascript pop-up with the URL of the site appears, but on a plain vanila
install of rc1, one is unable to access the javascript pop-up, dismiss this and
thus resume the download

prereqisits:
1) plain vanila and fresh install of Mozilla 1.7rc1
2) completely new profile - never used before
3) switch to modern theme

steps to reproduce:
1) go to the URL given !!!WARNING!!! - adult content
2) open an image link in a new tab
3) open the download manager
4) [ctrl]-click on the image and save it

what happens:
1) for images smaller than 64kB the download completes
2) for images greater than 64kB the download pauses for each 64kB saved
   with a javascript pop-up
   The images on the URL given are all less than 128kB so a subsequent
   pop-up isn't triggered, but I've seen these subequent pop-ups for each
   64kB on other sites - you just need to find a big enough image

what should Mozilla have done:
- just downloaded the picture with no pop-up

reproducibility:
- always ; also with old existing profiles

Further comments:
It seems that installing MultiZilla moves the javscript pop-up and makes it a
sub-window of either the progress window or the download manager window with a
preference for the progress window.

Attachment: the situation for a plain Mozilla 1.7rc1 install

the following issues are present:
1) the checkbox in the progress window to let it automaically close is missing
2) the menu shows the javascript pop-up windows, but one is unable to access
these
3) the download manager shows the downloads paused at 64kB

Attachment: the situation for Mozilla 1.7rc1 with all of my usual goodies installed

the following issues are present:
1) the pausing javascript pop-up is now part of the progress window
2) the download manager shows the save paused at 64kB

the following issues are not present:
1) the checkbox to automagically dismiss the progress window is present
2) the window menu no longer shows any separate javascript pop-up windows

vrfy duplicate. this should be fixed in current trunk and branch nightlies, and
in 1.7rc2 when that's released.
