We should have this, this would make switching to Firefox a lot easier for Safari users. Confirming.

I cannot import Safari bookmarks. The "Import Wizard" won't advance from the first screen. The "next" button / enter key don't respond. ( Mac OS 10.3.9 / Safari 1.3 - Titanium G4 powerbook 667 )
