I have tried to download the following web page:

It seems to be impossible, it only downloads the html.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to

2. Click on "File" - "Save page as..." 
3. Choose "web page, complete", click OK

Actual Results:  
Only HTML is downloaded.

Expected Results:  
All the files expected (including pictures)...
