"Check for new messages at startup" on a IMAP account does only check
INBOX but no other subscribed folders.
The other folders are marked via the context properties to 
"Check this folder for new messages"

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.choose "Check for new messages at startup"
2.close/open mozilla-mail


Actual Results:  
only new messages in INBOX are displayed

Expected Results:  
all folders with the correct setting should notify new messages
