242559 - Warning-Requester showing base-URL comes up when saving an image

When I "Save Image As...", sometimes after the "Saving..." window shows up 100%
saved, a requester with a warning (yellow exclaml) shows up with the base-url of
the site as text.
The image is saved correctly.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. right-click on an image, "Save Image As..."
2. Choose path to save to, filename as given from site
3. Save file

Actual Results:  
After saving is done, a requester with a warning (yellow exclaml) shows up with
the base-url of the site as text (see  http://faroul.de/Error_Mozilla.jpg)

Expected Results:  
Don't show up the requester
