MRU folders, add most recently used folders to folder pane (and move / copy menus?)
inspired by david's comment: "I use 10% of my folders 95% of the time."
for folder pane, we'll need to handle folders with the same name, like inbox.
for move/copy, if we want to show MRU there, the n folders might not be
allowable targets for move / copy, so it might not be the same list as in the
folder pane.
haven't really thought this through yet.

we've talked about folder pane views. maybe this would be better as a view.
