243038 - "use my chosen colors" only takes effect upon page reload

Choosing "Use my chosen colors, ignoring the colors and background image
specified" does not take effect immediately. it requires reloading the currently
visible pages to take effect.

When this option is enabled, changing the selected colors does not take effect
immediately either (I suspect this is the same bug. please tell me if it isn't)


In both cases, the changed settings should take effect immediately - like
changing the preferredcolors does when "always use the colors specified by the
webpage" is in effect.
