Nothing much to add, this the only problem I noticed to far. I know for sure 
internet explorer doesn't have a problem with displaying the menu I mentioned 
above. A similar menu but in english loads fine (on english.aljazeera.net) so 
the language might be the reason.

Steps to Reproduce:
The problem is produced everytime the page is loaded.
Actual Results:  
You don't see the menu

Expected Results:  
Internet Explorer

I am using windows XP pro (service pack 1).. automatic updates are allowed. 
Also, I checked out all arabic language code page coversion tables during the 
windows xp installation.

My computer's specs are as follows:

Processor: AMD Athlon XP 1800+
Motherboard: Asus A7N8X
RAM : 768 MB DDR (Spectek 333mhz)
HDD: Seagate Barracude IV 40 gb (~10 gb free)
Video card: ATi Radeon 8500

The site is carefully written to only work with IE.... (document.all, and all
that jazz).
