Shouldn't it be a good idea to create viewer for the OpenOffice.org format as an
extension?  Then you can quickly view those files without starting OOo itself. 
It also could help to spread those fileformats.  It also can't be very hard to
implement: one just need to create an xml-schema.

I don't think Mozilla should take on such a feature. It would have to support
other formats as well then.
