On clicking + by addressees on received mail to check addressees, display stops
at 46 lines of addressees (156 addresses) & wont scroll or page down to rest of
addressees or to mail text.

Repeats every time with this email.  Do you want the email for testing?


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get an email with 180 addresses
2. Click + to check that no one is missing
3. Get screen full of addresses & no scroll or page facility

Actual Results:  
Page displays, but no way to advance to lower portion of script. Have to start
up text pad to check on rest of addresses.

Expected Results:  
Page should scroll & page up/ rolldown to show rest of addressees & text
