Once this bug has been reported by Bug 243741 and said closed. But it has been
re-occurred with latest-trunk. Time stamp is 2004/05/22 4:39. Anyone see it?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Execute ThunderbirdSetup.exe.
2. The options are as default.

Actual Results:
Got error message "Quality Feedback ....". Had to cancel the installer by
pushing X button on the window.
Expected Results:
Finishing Install wittout error.

I spun up some bits dated this morning with out QFA to measure the size
difference. So it didn't have it in there.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
