244410 - No tab in new pop up window

In some webpage, it use javascript to create a new window without tag and URL. 
In the pop-up window web page, I right click and select open link in new tag.
Result is there are one pop-up window but two web page inside it. However, I
have  no way to switch those two web page.   

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In some webpage, it use javascript to create a new window without tag and URL. 
2. In the pop-up window web page, I right click and select open link in new tag.
3. Result is there are one pop-up window but two web page inside it
4. However, I have  no way to switch those two web page.


Expected Results:  
Some keyboard shortcut to move between the tag or some interface for me to move
between the tag.
