In the Junk Mail Controls in v0.6, when "Automatically delete junk messages
older than X days from this folder" is selected, and a value is filled in for
"X" (any positive integar), old junk messages in the junk mail folder are not
auto-purged.

This was *not* broken in v0.5 or in Mozilla 1.6.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Junk Mail Controls in v0.6
2. Enable Junk Mail controls for a folder, enabling "Move incoming messages
determined to be junk mail to "Junk" folder on <user account>"
3. Enable "Automatically delete junk messages older than X days from this folder"

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens. The old junk messages are not auto-purged from the folder.

Expected Results:  
Any messages marked as junk within the folder should automatically be purged
after "X" number of days.

Since Bug 242579 began on Mozilla 2004-04-29 trunk build and resolved by
2004-05-21 trunk build, Thunderbird builds in this term are probably affected.

If different problem, NSPR log for Junk Message Purge will be required for
problem analysis by developer.

 SET NSPR_LOG_MODULES=MsgPurge:5 is for Message Purge.
 SET NSPR_LOG_MODULES=POP3:5,MsgPurge:5 or SET NSPR_LOG_MODULES=IMAP:5,MsgPurge:5  
 may be required if server has relation to your problem.
