Images will not be downloaded when you will try to save them through: "Save As"
option in "Page Info/Media" tab. The action will raise the download manager but
the file will remain in "starting" status. The same image can be saved without
problems by right-clicking on it in the webpage and choosing "Save Image As".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any web page with images
2. From the Firefox menu choose: "Tools" / "Page Info" and "Media" tab
3. Select any image from the list
4. Click "Save As"

Actual Results:  
The Download Manager window appeared but the file remained in "starting" state.

Expected Results:  
The Download Manager should start downloading the image OR the file should be
saved without Download Manager if its size is small.

This was fixed yesterday in Firefox-land by the checkin from Bug 241865, I don't
think we have our own bug for it though so duping against Browser bug.
