I'm not sure if this is the same as Bug #241039...
I have to use the mouse to position the cursor in caption text, I can't do it
with the arrow keys.

I CONFIRM this bug; I could not find a duplicate for this. Setting severity to
minor since there is an easy workaround for this.
Using Mozilla 1.8a2 build 2004060709 under XP Pro SP1a here. Testcase coming up.

Instructions: load the testcase into Composer and then try to reach/access the
table caption while only using the keyboard (up/down key arrows).

Not sure if this is related: Cannot now Arrow Down past the caption into the
table as I could before but I can Arrow Left into the table.
Make sense?
