Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win95; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040514 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win95; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040514 On Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win95; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040514, that site icons routinely appear to the left of the URL in the location bar and on individual tabs. I have noticed on my installation of Mozilla that when I visit a site that links to a site icon, the icon initially appears to the left of the URL in the location bar. However, when browsing with multiple tabs, switching from one tabbed page to another, then switching back to the original page will make the site icon disappear, replaced with the default "bookmark" icon. The icon on the tab bar is unaffected. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Mozilla; navigate to a URL that links to a site icon. Note that it appears in the location bar. 2. Open another page in a new tab and switch to it. 3. Switch back to the original tab; note that the default "bookmark" icon is present in the location bar. Actual Results: After switching back to the original tab, the default "bookmark" icon appears in the location bar rather than the linked site icon visible when initially loading the document. Expected Results: After switching back to the original tab, the appropriate site icon displayed when initially loading the document should be displayed to the left of the URL in the location bar.
