After customizing the addressbook toolbar and closing the window with ok the
same window can't be accessed again over the context menu because the menu entry
is disabled. This shouldn't be so.

This bug was also submitted to Thunderbird.PL by users testing our candidate
translation of Thunderbird 0.7.
