The tab order is not maintained when you close the tabs.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open up any three different websites in three different tabs
2.click on each website in a different order that they were opened in
3.now close the tab you have open
4.the tab that opens now is not the last tab you clicked on, the tab ordering is
random?
Actual Results:  
shows wrong tab

Expected Results:  
should show you the last tab you clicked on and so forth




I open 5 sites in tabs in the order 1,2,3,4,5
if I click on tabs 1,3,5,2,4
then close 4, I should see tab 2, then 5, then 3, then 1
not the order they are opened in 1,2,3,4,5 or some other random order.
