When using the Add Bookmarks dialog clicking the Show all the bookmarks folders
button causes the dialog to change position on the screen. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open web site
2. Click on Bookmark This Page
3. Click Show all the bookmarks folders button

Actual Results:  
 Bookmarks folders expands but dialog changes position on screen.

Expected Results:  
Bookmarks folders expands but dialog remains in position where it first appeared.

Tested with new profile, no extensions installed.
